Love Luxury offers a 14 day return policy on all goods purchased online, if you require a return please inform the team via email on orders@loveluxury.co.uk stating your order number and full name, address and reason for return and we will be happy to assist you.<\/p>

In-store items are not subject to these terms and returns will only be issued with a credit note or exchange. This is in accordance with the fact that all items are available to be viewed fully in branch.<\/p>

For a return to be accepted the following must be adhered to;<\/p>

You must inform us within 48 hours that the item is no longer wanted to initiate the return policy.<\/p>

The item must reach our offices within 14 days of the item being delivered to your address.<\/p>

All return postage costs will be at the buyer\u2019s expense.<\/p>

All tags must be present.<\/p>

All receipts and paperwork must be returned with the item including the original packaging.<\/p>

The item must reach us in the same condition that it was sent out to you.<\/p>

Each item can only be purchased and returned once by a single customer. Any further purchases on the same item by the same customer will be exempt from our refund policy.<\/p>

If a discount code was added only the discounted total will be refunded not the full price.<\/p>

Returns outside of the 14 day time frame, a refund will not be issued.<\/p>

You are welcome to bring your item in person back to our store as long as it falls within the 14 day period.<\/p>

Should your refund not be issued to you in a timely fashion please check first with your card issuer if the delay is on their end, it can take some time for refunds to show into your card holding account. If after doing this you still have an issue please contact our team via email on orders@loveluxury.co.uk stating your order number in the subject box.<\/p>

Should you prefer a credit note or exchange for another item, this can be accommodated by the Love Luxury team however this second purchase will be exempt from our returns policies.<\/p>

Once your return has been received by our team it will be fully inspected and photographed, these photographs will be compared to the shipping images, you will hear from our team within 72 hours (excluding weekends) regarding the issuing of a refund, partial refund or non refund. It may then take another 48 hours for the refund to be issued. Love Luxury require every consumer purchasing products over the cost of \u00a31,000 to supply us with 2 forms of ID, these must be either a valid passport or valid driving licence PLUS a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. \u00a0All names and addresses on these forms of ID must match the paying card\/bank details and delivery address. Should the ID not correspond with the order details your order will be declined and a refund processed. \u00a0This information must be provided to Love Luxury in a timely manner to ensure speedy delivery of your order. \u00a0Should this information be delayed so will your order.<\/p>

Love Luxury use Entrupy and Bababebi to authenticate each bag except for those that are not currently supported by their services in which instance Love Luxury will authenticate in-house via our team of authenticators and provide a Love Luxury certificate of authentication.<\/p>

Love Luxury takes every possible step to ensure 100% authentic items in our store and online. \u00a0Every item that comes into Love Luxury will pass through our in-house authenticators, once we are happy with the authentication of a product we will then use either Entrupy or Bababebi to give their official opinions. \u00a0Should a bag come back as non-authentic, Love Luxury will not list and will destroy the item.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

Any items left on consignment will be paid in full 14 days post delivery. \u00a0This gives the buyer a chance to return the item and allows for our refund process to be issued, should the item be returned your consignment terms will be re-instated until such time the item sells and is not returned to us. \u00a0Should you wish to cancel your consignment terms please give Love Luxury 48 hours notice, your item will be removed from sale and packaged, ready for your collection. \u00a0If your consignment item was brought in a branded bag please note this may not be returned with your item and you may well receive a Love Luxury branded bag. \u00a0By entering into a consignment contract with Love Luxury you are agreeing to these terms.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
